By downloading or using The Lone Drone (the "app"), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

License

You are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app for your own entertainment on devices you own or control. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, resell, or redistribute the app except as permitted by law or by the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.

Play safely

The app responds to real movement: how you hold, turn, and carry your device, and in some moments walking or changing your surroundings. Stay aware of where you are and what is around you. Do not use the app while driving, crossing roads, or anywhere that movement or distraction could put you or others at risk. You play at your own risk.

No warranty

The app is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error free, or compatible with every device.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the app.

Apple and Game Center

The app is distributed through the App Store and may use Apple's Game Center. Your use of those services is also subject to Apple's terms and policies.

Changes

These terms may be updated from time to time. The current version is always the one posted on this page.
